At CONO Kaasmakers, it’s all about people. About craftsmanship. And about working together toward something we believe in: making the best cheese.

This is our team in the Beemster. Cheesemakers who know their craft. Colleagues who make sure everything runs smoothly every day. And our dairy farmers. They lay the foundation with high-quality milk from cows that graze in the pastures of North Holland.

We make our cheeses together. With care and attention. We take the time to process the milk. And we give our cheeses time to age. Because great flavor doesn’t happen on its own.

This is how we make Beemster® Royaal Grand Cru. A cheese with a rich, slightly nutty flavor. Firm in texture. With the characteristic ripening crystals that define it. A cheese that shows what happens when everything comes together perfectly.
