your privacy, CONO Kaasmakers asks you to black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine-
readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and
citizen service number (BSN) blacked out.
iv. CONO Kaasmakers will respond to your
request as soon as possible, but in any case within four weeks.
