Quality is priority number one. Our cows graze outside. That’s why our CONO cheese is so delicious. We use sustainably produced milk to make cheese in the traditional way. Stirring of the curd is done by hand. So our cheese is given time to develop its taste and smooth texture. The cheeses are ripened for up to 26 months and our cheesemasters are the first to test them!
