Quality is number 1 at CONO'I started in the warehouse 30 years ago sticking labels on the cheeses. In the years since, I've done many different things because I like variety and hard work. When something new comes my way, I go at it 110%. When I was asked to become team leader of an improvement team, I was honored. Every day about 10,000 cheeses leave our factory, which amounts to 600,000 kg per week.
With the improvement team, we look at our processes and continue to improve them continuously. We do this under the name TOPP: Teamwork, consultation, performance and fun. This ensures peace on the shop floor, as little 'waste' as possible and the best quality of our cheese. CONO is the perfect company for me to work for. I get plenty of opportunities to develop, even after 30 years. That's great because I like challenges.
