At CONO Kaasmakers sustainability is central, also in the transport of milk. We are working on reducing CO₂ emissions by using efficient routes, using cleaner fuels and innovative techniques. In this way we ensure that our milk is transported responsibly from farm to cheese dairy.
Electric milk truck
The first electric mobile milk collection vehicle is now in operation in the Netherlands for CONO Kaasmakers.
We still make our cheese the traditional way where we stir the curds by hand. But what sustainable applications are used within the cheese factory so that we use our raw materials efficiently and effectively?
