In the vast Zeevangpolder near Warder, Amber Laan (28) runs her family's dairy farm with passion and vision. As the third generation she is building on a rich tradition, with an eye for cows, nature and the future. Amber talks about her choices around outdoor grazing, biodiversity and job satisfaction, and how the Caring Dairy program helps her to do business in a more sustainable way.
