On April 4, the Alkmaar Cheese Market will be festively opened with the ringing of the bell, an honor that this year belongs to the jubilees of CONO Cheesemakers. At CONO's invitation, they may experience this special moment as a token of appreciation for their years of dedication. Prior to the bell ringing moment, the jubilees will be received by Anjo van de Ven in the Alkmaar Town Hall.

This is done in cooperation with cheese producer Velder (FrieslandCampina Zijerveld). Together they ensure the presence and sponsorship of cheeses, giving visitors to the cheese market the opportunity to admire the cheeses, buy them and discover the origin of the product.
