A moment to be proud of together: CONO Kaasmakers has been granted the “Purveyor to the Royal Household” designation for another 25 years.

Today, Mayor Ellen van Selm of the municipality of Purmerend visited our cheese factory in Westbeemster to officially confirm the renewal of this royal designation.

The title of “Purveyor to the Royal Household” is a special recognition for companies that have stood for quality, reliability, and continuity for generations. These values are deeply rooted in our cooperative.

For more than 125 years, our dairy farmers and cheesemakers have been working together to produce high-quality cheese—with craftsmanship, dedication, and a commitment to people, animals, and the environment. We see our recent achievement of becoming world champions in cheese as a wonderful affirmation of that same quality.

This award recognizes everyone who contributes to our cheese every day: our dairy farmers, colleagues, customers, and partners. Together, we continue to build a future-proof dairy supply chain.
