For the cheese ripening and packaging chain steps, we are currently mapping out, together with our service providers, exactly what share they have in the footprint of CONO cheese. We are then looking to reduce theseCO2 emissions as far as possible. Ultimately, the entire CONO cheese chain from cow's mouth to store shelf is mapped using Blonk Sustainability 's LCA model.
