CONO Kaasmakers is committed to paying a fair milk price to its members. The cash milk price for the 2023 financial year has been set at € 47.29 (excluding VAT) per 100 kilograms of milk.

In 2023, we faced challenging conditions on the farm. The wet spring led to a later start of grazing and farmers also struggled with disease among cattle (the bluetongue virus). With a strong cheese brand strategy, CONO Kaasmakers achieved additional sales and volume with a keen eye on cost management. A signal that we are on the right track and also that there are still enough challenges.

We believe that those who go for quality deserve quality. A fair milk price ensures that dairy farmers can continue to produce the very best milk. We must do that together, now and into the future. Together, for future generations.
