Arthur van Esveld has been working at CONO Kaasmakers since 1993. He started as head of the pre-production facility and laboratory and has since grown within our cooperative.

A special moment in his career was the construction of the new cheese factory in Beemster. As project manager, he was involved from the initial plans to the first production. With one important principle: improve and automate where necessary, while maintaining the same taste and quality.

After more than thirty years at CONO, Arthur is now gradually passing on his knowledge to the next generation. This ensures that his experience remains within our cooperative.
