In the CONO Cheese Shop, 't Kaas Lokaal Delft, cheese specialty stores and at the market where CONO cheese is sold, we are happy to tell you about our cheese. A piece of cheese fresh from the knife is first and foremost like a sustainable choice. We package the cheese with a piece of cheese paper to keep the cheese grease-free. This way you can then separate the paper and recycle it properly. We prefer to see a reusable bag for your order but otherwise you will receive a 100% paper bag to take the cheese home. This is how we make responsible choices together without compromising on taste and convenience.

The sustainable cheese paper is a composition of completely chlorine-free, bleached cellulose fibers. The cheese paper is 100% recyclable and may be discarded with the paper.
