Cheese master Pieter

Pieter was 16 when he started working at CONO’s warehouse. His dedication and eagerness to learn soon made him head of cheesemaking. His passion for producing the most delicious cheese made the taste and smooth texture of CONO cheese so successful. He knows all the secrets of our cheese recipes. “I’m just doing my work,” he says, but we know that he’s what makes the difference. His passion and experience make CONO’s traditional cheesemaking so unique.
